LLOYDZ   DYNOTUNING

"Lloyd, I'm not paying you for what you do to my bike, I'm paying you for the way you make me feel when I ride it!"
— from one of our customers

Lloydz was the first and is currently the only reputable Traveling Victory Dyno Tuning center in the country.

"Dynoing" a bike produces a quick diagnosis of the running condition of your motorcycle. The key to producing a great tune is a direct result of the dyno's operator. Most shops that have dyno's have people that were trained to do just that, operate a dyno, these people lack the ability to properly tune an engine. A successful tuner has had many years of experience in engine building and knowledge of engines prior to ever running a dyno. Use caution when choosing a tuner and ask these questions before having them work on your bike:

How long have you worked on motors? My Answer is 30+ years
How long have you dyno tuned M/C's? I'll answer that, 9 years
How many bikes do you tune every year? For me that varies – Between 300-600
How long will it take you to tune my bike? When I'm happy with the results! It's done.

I feel that a tuner does not have to go to a certified school in order to be a good tuner. Why? I've had dyno instructors ask me to tune their bikes. When I asked why, they stated, "They only teach people how to run the dyno not tune with it." There is a BIG DIFFERENCE In running a dyno and tuning with it!

So with a little knowledge on Dyno tuning you can see why people come from all of the country to have Lloyd’z dyno tune their Motorcycles. We start setting appointments up to 8 months in advance when we’re scheduled to be at a meet or Rally, but don’t let this keep you from calling as we’re always happy to spin a bike and make some smiles.
